Same day delivery consists of your items being collected at a time specified by yourself – whether that’s within the hour or next week – and then taken directly to your delivery destination in a dedicated vehicle. For urgent deliveries we aim to collect within the hour and we can provide updates en route through our live tracking system. Once successfully delivered to the recipient, we will either email or telephone through the POD to you. A hard copy POD and invoice will be posted to you the following week.
